In order to ensure the economic stability of the organization in the context of digitalization of the economy, it is necessary to create effective mechanisms for adaptation to the changing requirements of the external environment. First of all, this concerns the management of the human resources potential of the organization, taking into account new standards of competencies and revision of approaches to work. This article examines the main directions of changes in approaches to the formation of the organization's human resources potential in the context of digitalization of the economy. It also analyzes the prospects and consequences of the influence of digitalization on personnel management.
