The development of personnel capacity of enterprises of the agrarian and industrial complexes

Based on empirical research the article presents some analytical situations and practical proposals for the implementation of the development of human capacity in the social practice of agricultural enterprises. The author gives recommendations to encourage educational institutions of higher education, employers (agricultural enterprises) to the rational development of human resources of agricultural enterprises. The author emphasizes that the recommendations would have a positive effect on gaps in the legal decision of the studied problem; the number of students from rural areas; employment of young specialists in their specialty in the agribusiness companies; increasing the interest of universities in the training of students from rural areas.
