Development of personnel potential of enterprises as a tool for increasing labor productivity within the implementation of the national project

A necessary for the effective functioning of an individual enterprise and the economy as a whole, to ensure the growth of labor productivity is the availability of a sufficient amount of labor resources with the necessary competencies and level of qualification in accordance with the requirements of the modern labor market. The dynamic development of the technical component of the production process, the application of the latest technologies determine the high requirements for the level of training of the enterprise personnel, necessitating the continuous development of its personnel potential. The article studies the main directions of the development of the personnel potential of enterprises as a tool to increase labor productivity in terms of targets for the implementation of the national project «Labor productivity and employment support». Within the framework of this project, the training of personnel and, above all, the managerial personnel of the participating enterprises has been singled out as one of the key areas of activity contributing to the growth of labor productivity. The personnel training system covers a fairly wide range of its types and forms, some of which are reflected in the study.
