Development of human resources in trade

The article discusses the development of human resources in trade. Foreign and Russian experience of the prevailing number of companies shows that the efficiency of their work and the level of competitiveness in the market are determined both by the amount of material and financial resources at their disposal and by their human potential. It is no secret that it is the personnel that is currently the key resource of companies, including trading ones. The potential formed by the abilities, knowledge, skills and motivation of the sales staff enables trading companies to solve both current sales tasks and the tasks of strategic and innovative development.
