In the context of the rapid development of digital technologies, traditional teaching methods are being transformed, which has a significant impact on the formation and development of students' cognitive skills. This article examines the integration of digital tools into the educational process and their impact on the development of cognitive functions such as critical thinking, memory, attention, and analytical abilities. The research uses methods of content analysis, student and teacher surveys, as well as experimental implementation of digital educational platforms and interactive tools. The results of the study showed that digital technologies contribute to increasing students' motivation, improving concentration and developing self-study skills. 150 students and 20 teachers from various universities took part in the survey. However, the study also identified some barriers, such as cognitive overload, a low level of digital literacy among some students, and the need for regular updates of educational content. In conclusion, the prospects for further implementation of digital technologies in education are discussed, with an emphasis on personalized learning and adaptive educational systems.
