Development of collective responsibility in military services as one of the pedagogical conditions of the successful functioning of the model for forming military professional identity of trainers of training centers of the armed forces of the Russian Federation

The presented article reveals the essence of the pedagogical condition «the development of collective responsibility among conscripts» and the influence of this condition on the functioning of the model of the formation of military-professional identity of cadets of training centers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In a brief summary, the relevance and current state of the problem of the formation of military-professional identity of cadets of training centers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation as a whole are considered. In a schematic form, without content, the developed model of the formation of military-professional identity of cadets of training centers of the RF Armed Forces is shown. A brief analysis of the concept of «pedagogical conditions» and its influence on the pedagogical model is carried out. The pedagogical conditions we have defined for the successful functioning of the developed model of the formation of military-professional identity of cadets of training centers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are presented: the development of collective responsibility among conscripts, the use of vitagenic experience and training in scarce military registration specialties. The analysis of the concept of «collective responsibility» and its essence is carried out. The classification and influence of this concept on the formation of a military collective are considered. The specificity of the collective of cadets of the training centers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the stages of its formation are revealed. The importance of each of the stages of formation for the development and strengthening of relations among the collective of cadets of training centers is specified. The activities carried out in the military collective in the framework of the application of the pedagogical condition «the development of collective responsibility among conscripts» are disclosed. The results of the research are summarized and the significance of the pedagogical conditions under consideration for the process of formation of military-professional identity of cadets of training centers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is revealed.
