Development of commercial banks in strategic planning

The article considers theoretical bases of strategic planning in the activities of commercial banks. The significance of strategic planning and strategy development in the development of commercial banks, formation of objectives for managerial decision-making has been determined. Classifications of development strategies of credit organizations, as well as methodological principles of banking planning are considered. The main goals and stages of this planning, as well as the development of theoretical proposals on the formation of perspective directions of development of commercial banks are reflected.
