The development of the future teacher's potential: the problems of forecasting

The article notes that the development of the communicative potential of the future teacher in the innovative educational environment is the result of prognostic studies of the trends and continuous monitoring of changes in teaching conditions in which the development takes place. Besides, the article describes the general principles of scientific forecasting of the development of the future teacher's communicative potential in the innovative educational environment. It formulates the basic ideas and objectives of the development of the communicative potential of the future teacher and offers to create a forecasting scenario and a road map of the development of the teacher's communicative competence.
