Developing student’s communication skills through participation in modern sports training events

This article is devoted to the study of the impact of students' participation in modern sports training systems on the development of their communication skills. The paper examines the mechanisms through which sports activity contributes to the formation of skills of effective interpersonal communication, cooperation, conflict resolution and selfpresentation. Special attention is paid to team sports and mass physical education events as an environment for the development of social interaction. The study is based on the results of a survey of university students and an analysis of practical experience.
