Gamification concept development in the XXI century

Gameplay is the main instrument of development and formation of the personality, which is inherent in the person by the nature itself [1]. The game accompanies people throughout their lives. The main function of games - involvement: on the one hand, the game can satisfy the desire of the individual to any needs acquired by individual experience, on the other hand-to awaken interest in anything. Interest in the concept of gamification from a scientific point of view was due to the development of computer training at the end of the 20th century and the use of game elements in the learning process. However, gamification has expanded in recent years. The most relevant areas of application of the concept currently include systems for tracking employee performance, innovation management, education, personal development and customer interaction. In this regard, many scientists recognize the need for additional research in this area to achieve positive results organizations from the use of gamified systems. The article attempts to determine the place of gamification in science, the degree of its influence on various social and economic aspects of reality. The influence of historical retrospective on the applied aspect of the gamification concept at the present stage of development is considered.
