This article discusses pedagogical conditions of formation of the competitiveness of future agricultural specialists in agricuclture, which provides specially-economic, environmental and personal components. Scientific novelty concludes in the fact that the structure of the specialist’s personality contains new moral features that provide ecocentic interaction with the natural world.
