The development of cooperation and integration in dairy industry of Altai region

The development of agriculture is connected with high-quality trans- formations of branches of national economy of the region. Effective func- tioning of agriculture in many respects defines the level of development of cooperative forms in productive and economic activity the organization. Therefore activization of cooperation and integration is priority direction in the strategy of development of the region, allowing combining optimum el- ements of resource capacity of Altai Region. The development of dairy cattle breeding is traditional for Altai Region, possessing favorable climatic condi- tions and resources for production of the major product of food milk and dairy products. The region occupies the first place in Siberian Federal Dis- trict in the production of butter, cheeses of firm fractions, powdered milk. Sustainable development of dairy cattle breeding in the region requires res- toration of the area of fodder grounds for balanced feeding of animals; the level of depth of processing of dairy raw materials and secondary dairy re- sources therefore special relevance is gained by the creation of progressive resource-saving and environmentally friendly production technologies and storage of products, industrial development of raw material resources ex- cluding the dependence of Russia on purchases of imported food allow to in- crease introduction of technical regulations (HASSP) considerably...
