Development of coordination abilities among the staff of operational units through specialized exercises

The article is devoted to the development of coordination abilities among employees of operational police units through specialized exercises. An in-depth analysis of the problems was carried out, including low motivation, a shortage of qualified coaches, outdated infrastructure and non-compliance of regulatory legal acts with modern requirements. Solutions are considered: gamification of training, individualization of programs, implementation of AI bracelets and VR simulators. The innovations of 2026, such as hybrid training with drones and biohacking, are presented. The article focuses on improving tactical and special training.
