Development of corporate production in Uzbekistan

Discusses the fundamental issues of the formation and development of corporate governance and corporate production, the disclosure of the category of corporate governance, the formation of the development of corporate production, and the identification of ways for the effective functioning of corporate production. A number of problems have been identified, the solution of which is to accelerate the transition to corporate production in Uzbekistan. In conclusion, it is concluded that corporate production, being one of the important modern forms of organization of production, is an effective tool for the stable long-term functioning of the corporation.
