The development of corporate culture in international business

The paper analyses the factors which define the corporate culture in an organization. The analysis of research findings in the area of organizational culture is presented. In particular, the fundamentals of the "tribal leadership theory" are analyzed and the Hofstede methodology is utilized. The selection of the above mentioned theory for the current problem of effective leadership and effective performance of multicultural teams in international business is justified. The sociological research program aimed at the investigation of the tribal leadership theory under the conditions of doing business in Russian Federation is realized. Relevant findings are presented. The comparative analysis of the obtained data from the Russian market with relevant data from the Western countries is presented. Based on the performed investigation the relevant measures aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the Russian enterprises based on corporate culture improvement are proposed.
