University students’ creativity potential development: axiological approach

The task of education is to provide a society with highly-qualified specialists able to solve emerging problems. At present development and accumulation of creative potential is the most intensive in the university community, for students’ social stratum is the most sensitive to knowledge economy. Education becomes the factor of creative potential development in case when students possess lasting value orientations that turn into knowledge goals. Axiological potential accumulation during the course of training and life span is the basis of a person’s competitiveness, competence and creativity development.
