Creative tourism development as a way to increase tourist attractiveness of Sevastopol

Creative tourism is an approach in which tourism not only involves the passive consumption of cultural attractions, but also active participation in the cultural and creative activities of the local community. On the one hand, creative industries make a significant contribution to the tourist attractiveness of the region, providing a unique product and experience. These can be master classes of local artisans, interactive exhibitions, theatrical excursions, art festivals, culinary shows and much more. On the other hand, tourism contributes to the development and support of creative industries, as tourists become consumers of creative products and services, which stimulates their further development and innovation. Tourism can thus serve as a channel to promote cultural heritage and contemporary art, which is important for preserving the identity of places and peoples. The development of creative tourism is based on the development of enterprises and clusters of creative industries. "The concept of the development of creative industries and mechanisms for the implementation of their state support in large and largest urban agglomerations until 2030" gave impetus to the formation of relevant enterprises in the regions of Russia, which are also becoming tourist objects. There is a certain correlation in the development of tourism and creative industries. Foreign experience demonstrates the effectiveness of creating creative spaces and their transformation into centers of tourist activities. The article considers the model of creating a creative tourism cluster as a spatial and special organizational and managerial education that contributes to increasing the tourist attractiveness of the destination. Again, clusters are a close relationship between enterprises of creative industries and travel companies, as well as the key role of human capital in its development and effective functioning. The city of Sevastopol has significant prerequisites for the formation of clusters of creative tourism. The creation of clusters of creative tourism in Sevastopol is a way to increase tourist attractiveness and year-round development of the city as a tourist destination.
