Development of cultural and sports potential in the context of municipal education in the Orenburg region

Physical culture and sport as an industry is a meta-system that combines social functions, a well-developed infrastructure and material base, conducts multi-level training of professional personnel and, undoubtedly, requires effective public administration. The development of physical culture and sports, the formation of a healthy lifestyle of the population, and the harmonious physical education of a healthy generation are important tasks of the state socio-economic policy of the Russian Federation. In modern conditions, the field of physical culture has faced a number of serious problems such as the deterioration of public health, physical development and physical fitness, lack of accessibility (physical, economic) sports sections for children and adults, lack of effectiveness of the sports reserve training system, as well as a number of other problems.
