The article is concerned with students’ personality development in the process of teaching information technologies. It considers role of the information and communicational technologies integrated in methods, organizational forms and means of education in the university. Development of the new educational technologies is based on the learner-centered model of education. The author elaborates process of teaching information technologies and their impact on the student’s personality.
