Development of small business in the agroindustrial complex

In modern conditions in our country, the potential of small business development is not used to a great extent: if in small and medium- sized industrialized countries enterprises produce more than half of GNP, in Russia they produce from five to seven times less. State support for small business is closely linked to state regulation. The current system of support for small business in Russia is not effective enough. As a result, the small business sector has ceased to develop actively and does not have the expected positive impact on the social and economic development of the Russian society. The state should play a decisive role in start of mechanisms of small business financial support, to use the entire toolkit of technologies to attract money in the sphere of small business, to refocus the funding system to the use of extra budgetary resources, to train entrepreneurs to use modern methods of borrowing, to make the system of guarantees and budgetary resources, and the regulatory framework more understandable and accessible to entrepreneurs; constantly make adjustments to Federal and regional legislative and regulatory acts, bringing them in line with modern requirements. Thus, it is necessary to develop new areas of support and development of small business, as small business is a pillar of the development of the economy of our country.
