Development of small forms of management in the agrarian and industrial complex of Russia and questions of a selective survey of personal subsidiary plots

The article deals with the characteristics of the activities of private subsidiary farms (PSF) and their tax and legislative status are explored. The main formulas for estimating sample data for the aggregates of typical private subsidiary farms, large private subsidiary farms and especially large private subsidiary farms are given. As an example, the calculation of the main indicators for estimating the yield of livestock products (on the example cattle ) for June 2016 for the Federal Districts of the Russian Federation is given. The authors of the article draw conclusions about the main problems of the development of private subsidiary farms at the present time and provide a number of proposals for solving these problems
