Development of mechanisms of state control activities in the Kyrgyz Republic

The article presents an analysis of state control activities in the Kyrgyz Republic through the prism of the theory of political sciences, which examines the goals, objectives, and social purpose of control activities on the example of the Kyrgyz Republic. Attention is drawn to the shortcomings of the control bodies, the lack of systematic developments to provide scientifically based assistance to the controlling bodies, and as a result, weak theoretical and methodological support, the blurring of the spheres of activity, the scope of powers of the subjects of control that affect the effectiveness of public administration in the Kyrgyz Republic, which affects the rule of law in the state. It also offers a number of practical recommendations for optimizing state control activities in the Kyrgyz Republic in the context of updating the adoption of a number of laws.
