The article is devoted to the urgent problem of the development of fine motor skills in young children and its relationship with the formation of speech. The paper examines the importance of fine motor skills for the development of intellectual, cognitive and speech abilities of a child. The authors investigate the impact of exercises for the development of fine motor skills on the improvement of speech, vocabulary, grammatical structure and sound pronunciation. The article presents practical recommendations for parents and teachers aimed at stimulating the development of fine motor skills and speech in young children.
