QFD methodology development on the example to elongated shaped charge

Production of elongated shaped charges is especially dangerous (or in the language of ISO 9001 «special») and complex in terms of quality control of the process, so you need to pay special attention to the dynamics of customer requirements, the level of competition in order to stay competitive organization. In this paper we addressed questions determine how the product development based on the analysis of the dynamics of the consumer demands and the level of competition, shows a mechanism to identify «bottlenecks» of products based on the results of audits of the organization's resources.
