Development of methods of state regulation of pension system of Russia

Modern methods of government regulation of pension system in Russia are considered. Regulation of internal pension factors is carried out in two directions: profitable and expenditure parts of budget of Pension fund of Russia (PFR). These methods are fixed directly in norms of legislation, or indirectly through the purposeful management of external factors to give them the necessary quantitative and qualitative characteristics. Direct government regulation should provide flexible tariff policy, reasonable system of indexation of pensions of all types, conditions of formation of pension rights of insured people etc.
