Small and medium-sized business accounts for about one fifth of the GDP of the Russian Federation. Therefore, the development of this sphere of the economy is extremely important. It directly depends on the effectiveness of the applied methods of strategic management of small and medium-sized businesses. The presented article tells about some questions of formation and perfection of strategy of development of small and average business of the Russian Federation.
