Development of interpersonal communication as one of the main tasks of creative projects

The article deals with the problems of interpersonal communication in creative project as a basis for enhancing the productivity of creative group and effective way to motivate the project members and to realize creative potential. The author focuses on the concept of interpersonal communication and uses the context approach to the definition of this category. The author emphasizes that the obstruction of interpersonal communication in a creative project can cause a lack of mutual understanding between the parties and the organizational regress.
