Multichannel Financing System Development in the Sphere of Culture in Modern Conditions

The article reveals the types and forms of the system of financing organizations in the sphere of culture from the position of state direct and indirect financing as well as extra-budgetary financing of cultural activities to generate additional resources for cultural institutions. It is shown that current Russian society development has a causal relationship between culture and the economy which contributes to improving the efficiency of cultural organizations, as well as the success of such interaction in the market model of management. The article also defines the main features of the multi-channel financing system of culture in modern Russia; it reveals its organizational and economic features and substantiates the advantages of a component approach to support culture and its further sustainable development.
