Development of monitoring of diversification activities carried out by enterprises of the military- industrial complex

The purpose of the study is to develop proposals for the development of methodological foundations and tools for monitoring the process of diversification of production at enterprises of the military-industrial complex. In their development, a systematic approach was used to evaluate this activity, as well as heuristic and economic-mathematical research methods. An algorithm for the development of a system for monitoring diversification activities in modern conditions is proposed. The main requirements for the indicators used in its implementation are defined. Proposals for the development of monitoring of the diversification activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex aimed at increasing the sustainability of their development are presented. The implementation of the research results presented in this article will improve the efficiency of the enterprises of the military-industrial complex.
