The development of the municipal formation on the basis of participatory management models

This article presents an attempt to consider the development of the municipality based on the participative management model: the history and specifics of the use of the participative model are studied, the characteristic of the participative mechanism is given, the guidelines to improve the municipality with the help of the participative management model are revealed.
