The development of scientific activity in Russian universities

The article is devoted to the development of scientific activity in Russian universities. Within the framework of this study, a macroeconomic analysis of labor productivity in Russian universities was conducted. For this purpose, a model was developed to assess the integral level of collective and individual work of teachers. Based on the results obtained, it can be argued that the main hypothesis about the influence of age-related personal characteristics (factors) on scientific products is confirmed.
