The science of commercial law originated in Russia in the early 19th century in the course of the Trade Code draft development, and initially it included scientific concepts of the trade (commercial) judicial system and legal proceedings. The basic principles of the bourgeois judicial system and legal proceedings on trade affairs had been developed and implemented in the "Establishment of Commercial Courts and the Charter of Their Legal Proceedings" in the framework of the commercial procedural law long before the judicial reform. Respectively, the judicial reform of 1864 couldn't bring anything essentially new in the organization of commercial courts and their legal proceedings.
