Development of the regulatory framework for the provision of benefits and preferences within the EAEU

The basic legal acts regulating the provision of tariff benefits and preferences are considered. The main tasks and requirements for the provision of tariff benefits and preferences in accordance with the current development tasks of the Russian Federation and the EEU are identified. The article examines the issue of assessing the value of benefits and tariff preferences in the foreign trade activity of our country. The main problems of building a system of tariff benefits and preferences and tariff regulation in the common customs territory of the Union are revealed. The directions of work on optimization and development of the preferential system in General are suggested.
