Development of the regulatory legal framework as a basis for improving the waste management mechanism

This article presents the results of the analysis of the regulatory legal framework in the field of waste management and identified legislative gaps in this area. Proposals for the development of a regulatory legal framework as a basis for improving the waste management mechanism are identified and substantiated. The clarification of the conceptual apparatus of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the adoption of normative legal acts regulating economic incentives in the field of waste management and information policy in this area are proposed.
