Development of education in Azerbaijan - implementation of the scientific emphasis of the educational strategy

The development of social institutions in developed countries is associated with quality education. In Azerbaijan, great attention has always been paid to the sphere of science and education. On the initiative of Heydar Aliyev, a prominent statesman, a strategy was developed, which he implemented step by step during his years of government through reforms in the field of education. The article analyzes both the strategy itself and its implementation. Obviously, a well-designed strategy must be implemented in time. The strategy of education defined by the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev since the 70s of the XX century has ensured a continuous development of this field in our country. Speaking about the policy pursued in the field of education, it is appropriate to emphasize that the relevance of implementing comprehensive measures towards applying new innovative management mechanisms in the fields of young scientists and specialists is conditioned by modern requirements and new environment. Integration of science and education is necessary for the development of both spheres. Education is so important for the development of science, as well as the development of education is impossible to imagine without science, so the Azerbaijani education was and is given special attention by the leadership of the country.
