The period of the coronavirus pandemic has affected every area of our lives, from the usual everyday affairs of people to the strategic plans of global companies. Today, only those companies that have developed omnichannel feel more stable in the market. This advantage during the pandemic allowed trading enterprises to continue their activities with the least loss to business. Based on the analysis, steps were proposed for the development of omnichannel in trade enterprises.
