Development of opera and symphonic music in Mongolia

The development of musical culture is largely determined by the level of development of opera and symphonic music in the country. The article considers quite active development of opera and symphonic music in Mongolia at present. The main aspects of modern opera and symphonic music development are underlined, the national progress in this direction as well as that on the international level is highlighted. Special attention is paid to the performers who became known in Mongolia and in the world thanks to their performing talent. The problems of the opera and symphonic music development in Mongolia and measures taken to eliminate them are described.
