The modern external environment is quite volatile and makes high and tough demands on business players. The stability of the organization in the market, in the conquered niche, depends crucially on the work of its staff, the personnel potential of the personnel. In order for an enterprise to function effectively and consistently bring in income, it is necessary to rationally organize the work of its employees. That is why it is important to properly develop a HR management strategy that must meet the strategic goals of the company. This article is devoted to the analysis of the selection of the HR strategy depending on environmental factors.
