Development of organizational and management tools of an industrial enterprise in the context of interaction with elements of the innovation infrastructure

The article outlines the basic elements of the infrastructure of innovation activity and presents the process of their interaction with enterprises of the real sector of the economy. The structural scheme of the organization's management system is determined, taking into account the peculiarities of the business entity functioning in the innovative system being formed, and a meaningful description of the corporate culture as the main element of it responsible for the formation of key competences of the personnel in the current economic conditions is proposed. The main components of organizational and managerial tools and their contents are identified.
