The data industrial production of Turkey poults heavy cross “BIG-6” poultry farm for growing turkeys-chickens LLC “RUSKOM-Agro” of Omsk region. On the basis of the poultry farm for growing turkeys LLC “RUSKOM-Agro” was held scientific and business experience - using flour from rapeseed Siberian breeding feeding turkeys-chickens. The object of research are indusia-broilers heavy cross “BIG-6” and flour from rapeseed Siberian breeding. The preservation of Turkey-broilers during the period of cultivation in the experimental groups was 96-98%, and in control - 97%. The feed intake during rearing period Turkey-broilers experimental groups was almost identical with a slight decreasing tendency (1.42-5.12%) in the experimental groups. The cost of feed to gain 1 kg of live weight for the control group amounted to 2.41 kg, the first prototype of 2.27 kg, second 2.33kg, on the third of 2.34. Enter in feed 5% rapeseed to Turkey-broilers had little negative impact on average daily liveweight gain. Average daily gain in live weight for the control group was 128.2 g, the first pilot - RUB 127.3 g, second - 122,9 g and third - 118.9 g or 0.7, 4.1, 7.3%. Therefore, Turkey-broilers consumed in the composition of animal feeds 5% flour from rapeseed had a relatively high growth rate not only in comparison with the control group, but with analogues in experimental groups. The profitability of growing turkeys-chickens first experimental group was for females to 35.5% for males 42.2%, the second by females 29.6%, for males 39.5%, the third experienced by females 30.3%, for males and 37.8%, respectively, whereas in the control group profitability amounted to females 29.6%, for males 35.9%.
