Professional development of personnel in organization as a way of competitive promotion of an expert

The most important aspects for native organizations of social economic activities are considered in the article, i.e. problems of specialists ' professional development, their career, guarantee of competitiveness for people on jobcentre. Main conceptions, principles and structure of additional professional education are described. The model of systematic education is presented.
