Development of the operational management subprocess the organization’s product manufacturing programs

The formation and promotion of process management of operational activities is the most important activity of economic systems of the "organization" type. The content of the attributes of the normal state of the operating program management subprocess in the basic organization has been established, which made it possible to identify problems in the existing state of this subprocess of the basic organization. The development of the subprocess of managing operational programs for manufacturing products in organizations is carried out on the basis of developing the composition and content of proposals to eliminate the identified problems. At the same time, expert assessments were used to forecast economic indicators to improve the efficiency of the organization as a whole.
