Development of the training management subprocess managers of the organization’s product quality

The complex of components of modern economic systems ensures the high-quality functioning of the activities of specialists and managers within the framework of process management in order to achieve their goals and implement the strategy. The study of the content of the attributes of the normative state of three management subprocesses within the framework of the quality management process of several organizations. Ten-point scales have been developed to measure the existing state of attributes of subprocesses of quality management of organizations. The examination of the attributes of the three subprocesses of the management of organizations allowed to identify problems, for the elimination of which proposals were developed to increase the effectiveness of the organizations.
