Development of the training management subprocess the organization’s operations managers

The combination of management processes and their components in economic systems ensures the formation and maintenance of operational activities to achieve goals, mission and strategy implementation in market conditions. Defining the attributes of the normative and existing state of the subprocess of managing the training of managers for the organization's operations allowed us to investigate and identify problems within the framework of this scientific study. To eliminate problems and form points of development of process management, innovative proposals and the use of modern pedagogical technologies have been developed, which are aimed at improving the efficiency of the organization's operational activities.
