The article presents a subprocess of management of aftersales customer service. On the example of the activity of a trading enterprise in the context of providing after-sales services to consumers, some management tools were used: the technology of subprocess management, innovative potential and a set of measures for the development of this subprocess. Has been made a forecast of the impact of the proposed activities to their impact on the economic performance of the commercial enterprise.
