The product promotion management subprocess is a set of marketing measures to increase product sales, attract new customers and increase sales efficiency. The study of the current state of this subprocess of management in the basic organization revealed contradictions and shortcomings in its functioning. The development and implementation of innovative proposals should improve the quality of the activities of the organization's product promotion management sub-process. The application of management decision-making methods is aimed at accelerating the implementation of proposals in the organizational environment.
