Development of polycultural values of future social workers at university

Article is devoted to development of polycultural values of future social workers as an actual problem of the modern professional education. The data obtained during research demand to address to the nature of values again and to consider axiological essence of a phenomenon of the polycultural personality. This article proves that it is necessary to educate the tolerant relation of students to the foreign culture experience. The polyculture is a value dominant of consciousness and its realization within the traditional pedagogical methods and technologies.
