The development of human rights in French legislation of the late 18th - early 19th century

In this article, the authors examined the development of human rights in the French legislation of the late eighteenth - early nineteenth century in order to find out how and in what direction this legal institution developed. Also, the object of interest was specific normative legal acts, on the basis of which the authors were able to formulate conclusions about the presented material, and their role in this process.
