The development of the legal institution of “the status of object of law”

The article investigates the status of the object of law. On the basis the study of existing in the legal science of the theoretical concepts, the author shows the modern development of this legal institution. The generalization of the results of the formal and legal analysis of the definitions of “status”, “the status of subject of law”, «the status of object of law» revealed a number of new approaches to understanding the essence of the legal institution.
