Development of the organization production safety management process

The article describes the subprocess of management of industrial safety of the enterprise. On the example of the production enterprise, some management tools were applied: subprocess management technology, innovative potential and a set of measures for the development of this subprocess. It was determined the feasibility of the application of the considered events and a forecast of the effectiveness of their impact on the economic performance of the enterprise was made.
